Your Profile

As a Cora franchise enthusiast, you’re seeking the right work-life balance. Restaurant experience isn’t essential, but we’re looking for the right franchisees with the right qualities to grow with us: customer-first instincts, great business acumen, enthusiasm and community commitment.

Financial qualifications

To qualify, candidates must have at least $300,000 in unencumbered funds and $200,000 in additional net worth to be eligible to buy a franchise.

Every new Cora franchise features signature family-friendly, modern farmhouse-inspired design elements: bright colours, natural materials and home-away-from-home comfort. With 2,500 to 3,500 sq. ft. of optimized space, front and back of house, and a 110-seat capacity, your franchise restaurant will be designed for customer comfort, cost and operational efficiency.

And with preferred end cap locations for visibility and parking convenience, your Cora franchise will be easily accessible to all.
